Adobe Sign Makes E-Signatures Easier Than Ever, Wherever You Work

Adobe Sign Makes E-Signatures Easier Than Ever, Wherever You Work

Today, we’re announcing new advancements in Adobe Sign that makes e-signatures easier than ever to use, thanks to a completely redesigned user interface that helps customers be more productive with the broad set of tools in Adobe Sign. We’re also making it easier for signers to fill out and sign documents, no matter the device they’re using, especially mobile. From filling out new employee paperwork to applying for a new credit card, the customer experience matters. If a potential customer has to squint to see words on a page or struggle to find the button to send a signed document, they’ll more than likely leave the form than finish working through it. According to Google research, mobile customers are 5 times more likely to abandon a task if a site isn’t optimized for mobile. Alongside the new features in the product, we are deepening integrations between Adobe Sign and Microsoft, so customers can take advantage of Adobe Sign’s e-signature tools in the popular Microsoft cloud productivity solutions where they work. We understand that in order for organizations to broadly adopt e-signature technology, it needs to be a part of the ways that employees already get the job done. By putting Adobe Sign into the solutions that they work in every day like SharePoint and Outlook, it’s easier than ever for them to use e-signatures. Here’s what we’re delivering:
  • An all-new home screen featuring a clean, streamlined interface for Adobe Sign users to quickly and easily access many of the powerful tools available to work with e-signatures.
  • The all-new manage page for users to search, track, process, and modify signing workflows faster than ever before.
  • An enhanced mobile web signing experience where users can smoothly zoom in on the places they need to focus on, and new mobile-friendly navigation buttons that guide the signer through the required fields that they need to fill out and sign–all available automatically, no app download required.
  • Deeper Adobe Sign integrations in the Microsoft cloud productivity tools that millions of customers use every day including Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics, PowerApps and Flow, Teams, and More details here.

It’s clear that customers want better signing experiences on their mobile devices to be productive wherever they are. A timely example is the holidays, where retailers are hiring hundreds of thousands of temporary, seasonal employees. For example, Target, UPS, Amazon, and Kohl’s plan to hire over 230,000 workers for the holiday season. A lot of new workers mean a lot of onboarding paperwork and a ton of signatures in a short period of time. With the new home screen, it’s easier for retailers to use Adobe Sign to create reusable, digital templates from onboarding forms and other new hire documents that already exist. Then they can quickly send those forms to large numbers of new hires to fill out and sign. Once those documents hit their inbox, employees can easily find the form fields that they need to sign, without the screen size getting in the way, thanks to the enhanced mobile signing experience. The new home page also features the all-new manage page where retailers can manage and track all the signed forms in just a few clicks. It’s no wonder then that Adobe Sign customers can save on even more time and money. In fact, according to the The Total Economic Impact of Adobe Sign, a commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Adobe in August 2019, Adobe Sign users saw a 96 percent reduction in the time it takes to get documents signed and finalized—from seven days to two hours. They also saved $6 per document processed, on average. Try Adobe Sign for free and see how easy it is to make e-signatures a core component of your business. And if you’re already an Adobe Sign customer, these enhancements are automatically available to you to start using today.
